Built by Helen is a Strength & Conditioning class designed by IBFA Champion and Miss Britain Helen Louis.

This class will allow you to build strength and improve your aesthetics by training muscle groups such as your quads, biceps, hamstring and glutes. You will work on movements such as the deadlift, back squat and bench press. Using training techniques such as, Super sets, giant sets and hyper trophy.

Duration: 1 hour

ENGINE ROOM

A workout designed using function fitness movements along with "Monostructural" metabolic conditioning activities or “cardio” like Running, Rowing, and Jumping Ropes. 

 

This workout is accessible for all levels and abilities. It improves the efficiency of the energy pathways in the body so that you can do a lot more in less time. ‌It helps you burn more calories, resulting in faster weight loss. The calories continue to burn even after your workout.

 

Duration: 1 hour 

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

This class consists of bodyweight movements, weightlifting, gymnastics and cardiovascular training to improve all areas of your fitness.

This class is designed for all levels of fitness and abilities, we offer 4 versions of each workout to allow everyone to join in.

Classes are 1 hour long consisting of a 10 minute warm up/ 40 minute lesson/ 10 minute cool down. Classes maybe Individual or Team.

Duration 1 hour 

PROJECT BOOTCAMP 

Military based training session with our Ex-Military Physical Training Instructor.

This class is designed for all levels of fitness and abilities.

 

The class will use equipment such as sandbags, kettlebells, worms, Concept 2 ergs and much more.
 

10 minute warm up/ 40 minute lesson/ 10 minute cool down.
