Strength & Conditioning class designed to build strength and tone.

You will work on movements such as the deadlift, back squat, bench press and much more to build strength, by using training techniques such as, super sets, hypertrophy. While also working on aesthetics by training muscle groups such as; biceps, glutes and your core.

This class is accessible to all levels.

Duration: 1 hour


This class is designed for anyone wishing to compete in the sport of Functional Fitness.

It will be broken down into 4 parts:

  • Skill 

  • Lift

  • Workout (Team or Individual)

  • Mobility 


The class will also cover competition formats, education on how to pace or attack various workouts, while also covering the technical aspects of the Sport.


Duration: 1.20 hours


Functional Fitness class which is done in teams. It consists of body weight movements, weightlifting, gymnastics and cardiovascular training to improve all areas of your fitness. This class is designed for all levels of fitness and abilities

Classes are 1 hour long and consist of a 10 minute warm up / 40 minute lesson / 10 minute cool down. 

Classes may be individual or team.

Duration: 1 hour


Military based training session with our Ex-Military Physical Training Instructor.

This class is designed for all levels of fitness and abilities.


The class will use equipment such as sandbags, kettlebells, worms, Concept 2 ergs and much more.

10 minute warm up/ 40 minute lesson/ 10 minute cool down.

Duration 1 hour
