I met Sean the Coach at Project Fitness GB when I thought my running days were numbered. Basically diagnosed me on the spot - told me the problem how to fix it. £12 spent on a ball - so I built my fitness back up slowly. I am now a full member at Project Fitness GB - bottom line the best bunch of positive happy people to train with of all ages. I know feel part of the family! Coach pushes me because he knows how I train - I trust him to get the very best from me. Cleanest gym I’ve ever trained in without any doubt everything where it should be. Recommended 10/10

Great little gym, with the most dedicated passionate owner. Nothing is too much trouble help and advice during a session or advice on stretching etc away from the gym. So nice to see that it is kept immaculate and along side that has remained supportive of the covid measures. I honestly couldn’t recommend it more.

100% would recommend Project Fitness GB. After only a week of sessions I feel better already. Sean is very knowledgeable and very friendly and welcoming to new members. Sessions are challenging but options are given for beginners to allow everyone to achieve their potential. Fab place!

Joined Project Fitness GB beginning of the year, it’s the first gym I’ve been to where I feel like I fit in. All shapes and sizes go. Now I go on average 5-6 times a week. Sean and his junior Ollie are fantastic coaches, really understanding and there is a good focus on mental health. My physical and mental health have both improved ten-fold. Definitely recommend.

I joined Project Fitness in September 2020. Having always done exercise trying to be ‘healthy’ I quickly learned that what I thought was healthy was indeed the opposite. Project Fitness GB has a fantastic community of people all there helping and supporting each other and two fantastic coaches who support you both physically and mentally to be the best version of yourself.

With a huge variety of equipment the classes are second to none giving you the challenge you need to hit any goal you have. PT sessions are available and they really are amazing! Building strength both physically and mentally has really given me the drive to never give up on myself and always push for more.
Highly recommend Project Fitness GB. If your looking for fitness, nutrition, supportive community and much more then sign up you will absolutely not regret it.

Joined in July after lockdown and enjoyed it so much got my wife and niece to join also. Great range of equipment and the gym is spotless but the best bit is Sean the owner/coach. Brilliant motivator who can adapt workouts for each individual depending on fitness levels so everyone is made to feel part of the team
