Our Head Coach, Sean has always displayed a passion for sport and fitness.
Sean is ex-military and after his tour of Afghanistan in 2013 he suffered with mild PTSD and anxiety. After seeking help, Sean realised the importance of fitness and how it directly links to mental health. He then went on to train as an army all arms Physical Training Instructor and was in the role for 6 years. In 2019 he was awarded the Coach of the Year Award for 5RA (5th Royal Artillery).
Our goal is to create an inclusive community based fitness studio that looks beyond just physical ability but the person as a whole. At Project Fitness GB we understand that physical and mental health both go hand in hand. No matter what your fitness level is, we work alongside our clients to create achievable goals so that you can be the best version of yourself.

Monday: 6:00am - 7:00pm
Tuesday: 12:00pm - 7:00pm
Wednesday: 6:00am - 7:00pm
Thursday: 12:00pm - 7:00pm
Friday: 6:00am - 6:30pm
Saturday: 9:00am - 11:30am
Sunday: 9:00am - 10:30am

Workout Of the Day
Fitness class consists of body weight movements , weightlifting, gymnastics and cardiovascular training to improve all areas of your fitness.
Military based training session with our ex military Physical Training Instructor.
Training session comprising of kettlebell movements, delivered as a circuit and intervals.
Abs & Bums
Tailored circuit devoted to working on your core, glutes and leg muscles.
90 minute fitness class covering Olympic weight lifting, gymnastics and cardiovascular training.
